Every Saturday morning from 8am to noon we'll be at the
Davidson Farmers Market with freshly baked cupcakes for sale.
If we sell out, don't worry...now you can stop by the shop in Cornelius after you're done
at the farmer's market! The Davidson Farmers Market is located between
Main and Jackson Streets in downtown Davidson next to Town Hall.

SweetCakes Bakery recently took part in an episode of
Secret Party Spy,
a fun new reality show with an espionage theme that follows an extreme team of secret agents
who rescue injured parties - taking the norm to the extraordinary.
SweetCakes created some
beautiful Magnolia cupcakes for a Celebrity Party Show with Ramona Holloway for her Mom
Wheezy's 70th Birthday Party at Grand Central as well as the Taste of Charlotte V.I.P. Party
for Ramona and Wheezy.

Started in 2008 by mother-daughter team Brenda Lord and Heather Allen, SweetCakes
Bakery is a gourmet cupcake shop serving the Lake Norman area including Charlotte,
Huntersville, Cornelius, Davidson,
Mooresville, Denver, Concord and surrounding areas in North Carolina.
We bake all our cupcakes
fresh daily in our Cornelius bakery, and we never sell day old cupcakes so you can rest assured
your cupcakes are fresh. We use all natural ingredients, and we support our local economy by
purchasing as many ingredients as we can from local farmers in our area.
At SweetCakes, we try to have 12 different flavors to choose from daily, and the available flavors
vary everyday. If you have a specific flavor you want to try, you may want to call ahead to be sure its
available. But really, they're all fantastic so just come on in and try something new!
